LONGRIDGE

The grapes are brought to the cellar after having been selected thoroughly, grain by grain.

Spontaneous fermentation, control of extractions through replenishment, malolactic fermentation.

Ages for 22/24 months in French oak barrels.

On the nose, aromas of cinnamon, marasca cherries and dry sausage with a thin hint of spices.

On the palate, the tannins are round: the wine is elegant and ready for consumption.
